HEALTH AND MEDICATIONS

Students may not have any medication of any kind at school.  This includes over the counter medications (i.e., cough drops, Tylenol, Motrin, etc.).  All medications must be turned into the school office.  All medication to be given to students at school must be accompanied by a Physician’s Statement form with directions for the administration of the medication.  These forms are available in the Health Office.
